Lythrian stood up at the grey wolf's arrival, looking at the scars that riddled his body. "No, that's ok. Of course you can join!" She smiled, and asked, "What is your name? I am Lythrian, alphess of the rebel pack."

"I'm Ohanzee. Thanks for letting me in." -I think atleast- he thought to himself. He leaned back onto his haunches and just waited. He wasn't sure what for though. Finally he said, "So...what's everyone elses names?"

Lythrian settled back down, then responded, "Your welcome, Ohanzee. Like I told you, I am Lythrian. Then, that is Medicine Bow," she nodded in Bow's direction, "and that is Akina." She motioned towards Akina as she said the last part.

"Welcome! You can call me just Bow." Bow smiled and nodded at this new wolf. It looked like he had been through a lot. She tore her eyes from his scars feeling suddenly curious about what had happened to him. "So, Ohanzee, have you been a loner long?"

Akina felt comforted by Lythrian's words. Suddenly her attention turned to a new, badly scared wolf. Feeling suddenly shy Akina hid herself behind Bow and listened to the following conversation. As soon as her name was mentioned Akina shuffled out from behind Bow and said, "Hi, It's nice to meet you." She felt a little embarassed but smiled at the new wolf.

Ohanzee listened and nodded in acknowledgement as all of the wolves said their names. He heard Bow ask about being a loner long and replied, "Yeah...pretty much my whole life." He never had much to say. If they weren't going to ask, he wouldn't tell. He never had been a social wolf, but now was his chance to try, starting small, just being with other wolves in a pack.

"Same." Agreed Lythrian, the closest she had gotten to a pack, besides today, was when the loner had cared for her as a pup.

There was a silence all around. Ohanzee, not being a social wolf, simply sat and waited. How was he supposed to know what to say? He finally thought of something to say, or rather ask. "Um, could I maybe get a tour or something? ...Or were you all up to something else?" Woah, that was a lot to say!

Leaping to her feet, Lythrian muttered a quick, "sorry". She then walked over to the food pile, "This is the food pile, feel free to take a piece if you want." She looked back to see if he was following. "The den, our rain shelter basically. No rain should come in while it rains, and it should be warm in winter." She motioned with her head towards the stream. "Our water supply." And then she motioned again towards the entire area and said, "Our territory!" She grinned, then said, "Isn't it wonderful?"

"Yes...wonderful..." He gazed around the territory and took in all the sites. He saw the den and stream, and the food supply! He hadn't realized how hungry he was, but he didn't immediately jump at the pile. He waited several seconds, looked around, then slowly approached the pile. He cautiously sniffed the pile and pulled out a deer leg. He slowly brought it back aways and chewed the food up carefully. The whole time he gazed around at the other wolves, his new pack.

Bow suddenly yawned and then bolted up. The air smelt moist. She could feel static begining to build in the air. "Speaking of rain it looks like were in for a bought of bad weather." Bow turned to other wolves. "Shall we turn in for the night?"

Akina smiled at Ohanzee and Bow. "Well, if it's going to rain you'd better finish that soon. Need any help?" All of this talk was making her hungry and she didn't want Ohanzee to feel embarassed eating alone. That kind of thing would certainly bother her.

Ohanzee looked up at the sky. It was going to rain soon. Then he heard Akina offer to help him eat his deer leg. He gazed down at it. He was kind of glad that she offered to eat too. That way he wasn't the only one eating, and so he could finish it before it started to rain. "Um, sure." He scooted over a little and ripped off a large hunk of the leg. He set it down next to him for Akina and watched as she walked over. Ohanzee was ready for a nap after his meal. It'd be perfet since it'd be raining anyway. He was already pretty sleepy...

A light pattering of rain on the ground. "It came faster than I expected." Said Lythrian. A flash of lightning lit up the sky, and she got up and wandered over to the shelter. Ducking into it, she found she was right. It was already nice and warm, and no rain found it's way in. She gazed out of the shelter, noticing the foodpile uncovered. She closed her eyes, then ran out. Nudging the rock back onto the pile, she got water up her nose. Snorting, she shook, then ran back to the log. "Anyone coming in? It's going to get soaking out there soon."

Bow laughed a little at the rain. She left he mouth open and felt it on her toungue. She splashed a bit before running back into the den and shaking off. "Sorry, but I couldn't help myself."
